Presenting on the final design of streetscape improvements for Phase 2A-Pueblo Solano through the intersection of Ranchitos Road.

Comment Sheet

  • Engineering : $1,258,091 – fully funded (State Road Fund/TPF/VLR)

    • Currently in 100% Design to be complete by October 2024

    • Construction cost estimates: Pueblo Solano to Village Limits $27,700,495

    • Identified as the #1 priority on the ICIP and for capital outlay

  • Project Components:

    • Reduce four‐lane road to two lanes and add a center two‐way left turn lane

    • Construct ADA sidewalk and trails

    • Build stormwater drainage system

    • Add landscaping, lighting and bus stops

    • Consider roundabout at El Pueblo and intersection improvement throughout

Phase 2a: Construction
Pueblo Solano to Ranchitos Road $8,969,410

  • 2a Funding Secured: $2,650,000

    • 2021 Appropriation CN C3212988 $250,000 Reverts 6/30/2025

    • 2022 Appropriation $400,000 Reverts 6/30/2026

    • 2023 TPF funds/VLR match $1,500,000 Reverts June 30, 2025 and cannot be mingled with Federal Funds

    • 2023 Legislative Appropriation $500,000

  • 2a Funding Gap: $6,319,410—must be State/Local funds
