4th Street Phase 2: Where we are
Engineering : $1,258,091 – fully funded (State Road Fund/TPF/VLR)
Currently in 100% Design to be complete by October 2024
Construction cost estimates: Pueblo Solano to Village Limits $27,700,495
Identified as the #1 priority on the ICIP and for capital outlay
Project Components:
Reduce four‐lane road to two lanes and add a center two‐way left turn lane
Construct ADA sidewalk and trails
Build stormwater drainage system
Add landscaping, lighting and bus stops
Consider roundabout at El Pueblo and intersection improvement throughout

2022 Appropriation $400,000 Reverts 6/30/2026
