The Village of Los Ranchos is requesting proposals to identify and select an experienced developer with the required finances to acquire, consolidate, design, develop, operate, and own the approximate 12.14 acres of the Village Center Metropolitan Redevelopment Area located on the southeast corner of 4th Street and Osuna Road. The Village of Los Ranchos anticipates that upon the selection of a developer, it will enter into exclusive negotiations with said developer to establish plans for the Village Center site. The Village will offer parcels owned by the Village through a sale or long-term ground lease to the selected developer for “fair value”, which takes into account the community, economic, and social benefits of the planned redevelopment.  

The Village of Los Ranchos reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in part or in whole.  A completed proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope indicating the proposal title and number in addition to the Offer’s name and address which must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.  The Offeror is certifying their proposal complies with regulations as stipulated in the Request for Proposals upon submission.

The Village of Los Ranchos is requesting proposals from qualified offerors to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of an Independent Public Accountant (IPA) to perform and publish the annual audit of the Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque. Qualified IPAs in good standing with the Office of the State Auditor (OSA) are requested to submit proposals.  All proposals submitted shall be valid for one hundred twenty (120) days and subject to action by the Village.

The property contains 5.1402 acres more or less.

Application No. 1084461, NM Alcohol and Gaming Division.  Dave’s Valley Grill is located at 6601 Fourth Street NW, Suites N, O, P, and is legally known as Tract A-1-A-1, Plat of Tracts A-1-A-1, A-1-A-2, B-2-A, B-2-B, and B-C-2, Northdale Shopping Center within the Elena Gallegos Grant, Projected Section 28 and 29, T11N, R3E, N.M.P.M., Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, NM, Filed 2-17-05.  The property contains 3.4374 acres more or less.  Dave’s Valley Grill received a waiver for a restaurant beer and wine license from the local option district (Village) on January 10, 2018, as it is located within a 300 foot distance to a church or school.

Governing Body Meetings and Public Notice Requirements
